Hello! Just found this site and I want to encourage you that you can absolutely do law school and be a mom. I went back to law school with a 10-month old and graduated valedictorian weeks after having my second. Actually, studying for the bar with a newborn was pretty intense. But again, we all made it through!
Since then, I've been in private practice, in-house, and am now teaching business law at my alma mater, Mitchell Hamline School of Law, in their mostly-online program. I also just launched an online course to help prospective law students make an informed choice about whether they should go to law school (jdnavigator.thinkific.com) - because I've seen so many people go without a clear understanding of what they are getting into, and graduate with lots of debt. I believe there are definitely people who should go to law school - and some of them are already moms! - but it's a decision to make carefully.
Anyway, best wishes from a mom ahead of you on this journey.

Hi Jen,
Thank you so much for stopping by and encouraging everyone! Your story is phenomenal and I can't even imagine studying for the bar with a newborn - wow!!! I really appreciate you sharing your online course also. I've been wanting to go to law school for a decade now, but it's certainly an investment with money and time. I feel confident that it's what I want to do and feel called to do, but I am intrigued by your course!
